Defending Wacha Amidst Online Criticism
While Wacha and Benjamin appear to be bonding beautifully, Andy recently found himself having to stand up for his beloved pup on social media. It all started when some critics claimed Wacha was jealous of Benjamin because he destroyed one of the baby’s toys. Andy wasn’t having it. In a candid video posted to his Instagram Story, he addressed the issue head-on. “Okay, flooded with DMs from people saying I’ve got a big problem on my hands,” Andy said, clearly exasperated. “Wacha didn’t know that the Torah toy, we’re talking about a Torah toy, belonged to the baby. He just had his eye on a purple f–king toy and he wanted to rip it apart… It’s not that deep. Stand down. Everything’s fine in the West Village.”
Andy took the opportunity to remind everyone that it’s not okay to judge someone’s parenting, especially when you don’t have all the facts. “Hey, I’ve been a dad for 12 days, people are judgy as f–k,” he admitted. “We gotta be careful, OK? Sometimes a Torah toy is just a Torah toy everybody, right?”
